Matt Lefort

  • Co-Founder, Business Development

Matt loves nature and technology. He spent the last ten years running projects to help communities build a greener world, from sustainable architecture to eco-friendly startups. He holds a Master in Management from Toulouse Business School, France. He graduated from the Founder Institute in 2010, strengthening his entrepreneurship experience to build a better world.

His aim is to empower everyone to raise awareness on nature conservation. When he doesn't work, you can find him geocaching with his family, running in the mountains, peak bagging, or on the course of a 100 mile endurance run.

Sebastien Fouillade

  • Co-Founder, Product Development

Sebastien has been involved with business and product development in high tech since his first startup in 1995. In 2011, he graduated from the Founder Institute launching a concept that would eventually be folded into Tohula.

Sebastien believes that technology should be used wisely as a way to solve real problems and improve lives. He minimizes screen time when possible and spends his free time exploring Nature with his family. Sebastien is also a fan of barefoot running, hiking, yoga and cycling.

Ronan Amicel

  • Technical Advisor

Ronan is a geek and an entrepreneur. He is passionate about news, the web, and how technology is changing the way we communicate.

He holds a PhD in Computer Science, and has been involved in startups since 2002, either as co-founder, executive, or advisor.

On the adventure side, he likes extreme programming and regularly attends hackathons around the world.

Pascal Campion

  • Modern Family Illustrator

Pascal is responsible for the inspiring artwork found on the Tohula site. He is a French-American illustrator and animator. He studied narrative illustration at Arts Decoratifs de Strasbourg, in France. He revels in the company of his wife and daughter and works in a studio with high ceilings in San Francisco.

Pascal has worked in a wide variety of media, from games, music videos, feature films to books.

Tohula was founded in June of 2012, with the vision of making it easy for every family to experience and share the great outdoors, no matter where they live. Based in Redmond, Washington, the Tohula team is made up of experienced entrepreneurs with a passion for making nature an adventure for every family.
